Units not reporting in TN360
Try the following steps:
1. Check the Vehicle has been in the Vehicle and the Vehicle has been Ignition On
2. Check device is associated to the Vehicle
3. Clear the cache/cookies on the computer
4. Logout / Login
5. Check the Navman Service Status at https://status.teletracnavman.com/
6. Wait for vehicle to get back into back into coverage
