The Order Management Dashboard is branded to your busy and includes information specific to your business orders. Customer can clone previus orders, view the rate card and be given an instant quote. For Stocktrans customers, the Order Dashboard is integrated into eNVD to pull thru existing consignment information or push information into eNVD collected during the Haddtrack Order. The order can then be submitted to the Haddtrack Allocations Dashboard.

Job Scheduling Dashboard take the complex information of Jobs, Consignments, Vehicle locations, Vehicle availability, Driver Availability, Electronic Work Diary (EWD), Trailers, Route Planning, Permits, Breakdown/Cross Over points and even road restrictions to optimise your fleet and save your business time and generate more revenue.

Information is collated from your Order Management System, Teletrac Navmans TN360, Vehicle Maintenance Systems, Driver Work Diary’s and leave planners, Route Planning, Permits and compliance requirements utilizes AI to generate the optimal Job schedules for your fleet. Business Operations can then adjust and tune the Job Schedules and allocations by drag and drop before submitting the jobs individually or as groups to your Drivers vias the Teletrac Navman SmartJobs Application.

Changes required to the jobs can be submitted in Haddtrack’s Job Scheduling Dashboard and immediately reflected in the Haddtrack’s Tracking Dashboard.
