No GPS Signal in TN360/Director Tracking
Ensure the vehicle is in use and not in a known black spot.
If issue still occurs, the contact Haddtrack who will
- If Haddtrack Installed the tracker, check with Installer that the Tracker and Antenna are located in a position which has not interference
- If not Haddtrack Installer, Haddtrack can request to Navman to reset the device remotely and you will need to restart the tablet and turn the ignition ON for at least 5-10 minutes where the vehicle is not obstructed by any roof/wall and is under an open sky so that it has strong satellite count and a clear GPS view to ensure that the device is updated with the latest configurations.
- If the issue still has not been resolved, then an Technician will need to visit the Vehicle.
