No GPS Signal in TN360/Director Tracking

Ensure the vehicle is in use and not in a known black spot.

If issue still occurs, the contact Haddtrack who will

  1. If Haddtrack Installed the tracker, check with Installer that the Tracker and Antenna are located in a position which has not interference
  2. If not Haddtrack Installer, Haddtrack can request to Navman to reset the device remotely and you will need to restart the tablet and turn the ignition ON for at least 5-10 minutes where the vehicle is not obstructed by any roof/wall and is under an open sky so that it has strong satellite count and a clear GPS view to ensure that the device is updated with the latest configurations.
  3. If the issue still has not been resolved, then an Technician will need to visit the Vehicle.
