Trip Manager App does not appear on the Tablet
- Go to TN360 Tracking and search for the vehicle
- Make sure the vehicle is tracking
- Go to TN360 Admin -> Users and search for the Driver
- Check the Driver is logged in or recently logged in to the reported vehicle device
- Check the Driver is in the Survey Branch
- Go to TN360 FBT Manager and search for the Driver
- Check there are trips that need to be allocated
- Go to TN360 Vehicles and search for the vehicle
- Ensure FBT Manager is include in the agreements
- Check the Driver is in the list of Drivers to be included in the Survey
- If the issue is not resolved from the above then call the Driver and ask them to restart the device
