Trip Manager App does not appear on the Tablet

  1. Go to TN360 Tracking and search for the vehicle
    1. Make sure the vehicle is tracking
  2. Go to TN360 Admin -> Users and search for the Driver
    1. Check the Driver is logged in or recently logged in to the reported vehicle device
    2. Check the Driver is in the Survey Branch
  3. Go to TN360 FBT Manager and search for the Driver
    1. Check there are trips that need to be allocated
  4. Go to TN360 Vehicles and search for the vehicle
    1. Ensure FBT Manager is include in the agreements
  5. Check the Driver is in the list of Drivers to be included in the Survey
  6. If the issue is not resolved from the above then call the Driver and ask them to restart the device
