Tablet not charging in the Cradle
Pull out the tablet from the cradle and put back in the cradle to ensure good connectivity between the Tablet and the Cradle.
If the issue is still not resolved, put the Tablet in the cradle, check if the screen is charging by pressing the Navman Logo on top left of the Tablet to view the Charging Status.
If the Tablet is the Cradle and not charging, then connect the tablet to a USB C charger (>2amp output) to determine if the issue is the Tablet or the cradle. If the Tablet is charging on the USB C Cable, fully charge the device on USB C cable before returning to the Cradle.
If the Tablet has been off for more than 24 hours, then charge the Tablet via USB C cable.
If the Tablet is not charging using a USB C Cable contact Haddtrack as a replacement Tablet might be required.
If the Tablet charged on USB C cable but not in the cradle, then contact Haddtrack as a replacement Cradle will be required.
If there is any physical damage to the cradle or Tablet, then replacement parts maybe required which are not covered by warranty.
