Screen not powering on

Pull out the tablet from the cradle and put back in the cradle to ensure good connectivity between the Tablet and the Cradle. Makesure locking locator pins are not broken, and power connector pins are prominent

If the issue is still not resolved, put the Tablet in the cradle, check if the screen is charging by pressing the Navman Logo on top left of the Tablet to view the Charging Status.

If things seem to be ok with the cradle and have a 2^nd tablet to put in the truck you can put that tablet in the cradle and turn ignition on to see if power from the cradle is working. If the cradle wont power on the 2^ndtablet as well then, the cradle will need replacing.

Holddown the power button on the unit for 15 seconds then let go. (should reset and boot on). if not, wait 10 secondsand press the power button again to see if it turns on.

Option 2 direct power from usb-c port at the bottom of the tablet using a Phonecharger. Note: 5v-2A charger (without fast charging), Computer USB port is also not recommended.

If the Tablet is charging on the USB C Cable, fully charge the device on USB cable before returning to the Cradle.

If the Tablet still will not power on, then it will need to be replaced. Contact Haddtrack using this form as a replacement Tablet might be required.

If there is any physical damage to the cradle or Tablet, then replacement parts maybe required which are not covered by warranty.
