iFace is showing "Tracking isn't responding"
Contact Haddtrack to reset the device. Haddtrack can request to Navman to reset the device remotely and you will need to restart the tablet and turn the ignition ON for at least 5-10 minutes where the vehicle is not obstructed by any roof/wall and is under an open sky so that it has strong satellite count and a clear GPS view to ensure that the device is updated with the latest configurations.
