Drive App not Installing

Ask the Driver to press and hold the red power button until the Tablet vibrates to power cycle the device.

Tap on the icon showing a tick in a circle on the bottom left of the Tablet next to Settings and the screen with popup with an "Update Status" with the option to "Send Info" which will prompt the Tablet to connect back to the Network and update/refresh the apps.

If the apps are not downloading and installing, confirm the Network information by swiping the Tablet to the left to get to the main page and view Network Information to ensure there is a "CELLULAR" or "WiFi" Connection present in the left of the main page. If "NO CONNECTION" is displaying, then ensure the SIM Card is installed correctly or go to a WiFi Connection.

If the device is connected to a Network but apps are still not downloading and installing, then contact Fleet Manager or Haddtrack who will check the Agreements on the Tablet.
