Tablets are not fetching weights

Contact Haddtrack to check OBM agreement has been applied for the device.

If the agreement has been applied but the issue still occurs, then check the OBM cable has been plugged in.

If the issue is still not resolved, then a Technician may need to visit the Vehicle.
