Setup

Getting Started

You will receive your system logon details once your order is completed. Please use the following link to begin your ‘Show Me How’ training on your environment setup.

System Setup

A basic system setup will be established which will include your vehicles, devices and up to 3 administrator users. Additional administration users and drivers are to be setup by your administrators once access is gained.

The fleet is managed through a Web Interface using your standard browser at the location below.

User Logons

Administrators will need to create a password prior to being able to logon the TN360.

System user logon details are the users email address, the password is not set and must be set through the TN360 Login page using the link above, use the “Forgot your password” function to create a new password. This process will only work for the initial logon, if the password is forgotten once set it will have to be reset by your administrator.

Users and drivers that use Teletrac Navman have access to the Customer Help Centre which should be the first place to look if you have issues, see the Training section below to explore our help and training tools.

Requesting Support Assistance

If the Support Portal doesn’t address your problem, please contact the support team with relevant information for a resolution.

If at any stage you need an update on your issue, please email ANZ.CustomerSupport@TeletracNavman.com. This will change the status to ‘Open’ in the ticketing system and prompt a support representative to action your request.

Live Online Training

All Teletrac Navman customers have access to live, trainer led webinars, free of charge. Every week, one of our Product Training Specialists host scheduled webinars covering everything from the fundamentals through Compliance, Driver Applications, Maintenance, Messaging, Alerting and setting up reports. In-software Training and Help

Teletrac Navman utilises cutting edge Digital Adoption technology, called Show Me How, to help our users get up and running with the software. Show Me How provides step by step guidance inside the software and will help you with all of the tasks you need to complete.

Our Getting Started content within Show Me How will take you through all the steps you need to setup the software according to your own requirements. Click the below link and select “Getting Started” to start. You will see a progress bar at the top of the menu that will indicate when you have completed the setup and are ready to start getting the alerts and information that’s important to you!
